Indologist & Yoga teacher I am dedicated to the study and exploration of Yoga at its deepest source. I have the honour of being a student of A.G. Mohan. I hold a Master's degree in History and Philosophy of Religion from Concordia University (Montreal), concentrating on the modern Yoga movement. The combination of my personal and academic studies gives me a unique perspective on Yoga in the modern world.
I have studied and teach all aspects of Yoga, as well as Indian socio-cultural history, topics on which I have been invited to lecture at universities and Yoga teacher trainings. I am committed to continuing my study but also to sharing what I have learned with those interested in digging a little deeper. My lectures are designed to help Yoga teachers and students gain insights that will allow them to deepen their Yoga practice and thereby enrich their lives. I am based in Montreal, Canada.
